- A 1,000 ₽ prepayment is required to reserve a seat. Guests may cancel at any time, but the prepayment is not refunded when the guest cancels. We state this condition in the booking message.
- If weather cancels the trip, we first agree on another date or route. If neither option works, we return the prepayment within one day or on the next business day.

How do I reach Russkaya Bay?
The tourist route goes by boat from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky. Transfer to pier 2 is not included.
