- Birthday guests, children under 12, and repeat or next-trip bookings receive a 10% discount.
- A 1,000 ₽ prepayment is required to reserve a seat. Guests may cancel at any time, but the prepayment is not refunded when the guest cancels. We state this condition in the booking message.
- If weather cancels the trip, we first agree on another date or route. If neither option works, we return the prepayment within one day or on the next business day.

The captain confirms whether open-water conditions are suitable. The route can be adjusted or moved to another date.
